Nivectis enforces an absolute zero-cloud data policy to guarantee total network confidentiality. We do not store, host, or process registry metrics on public cloud environments or third-party online databases, completely eliminating the risk of external digital interception or platform data leaks.

 All sensitive operational data submitted by innovators and capital partners through our gateway is immediately transferred and archived directly onto isolated, private physical hardware servers. Our administrative framework operates under strict compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's local regulatory mandates enforced by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) under the LOPDGDD framework. By maintaining an air-gapped physical data infrastructure, Nivectis ensures an unbreachable environment where your proprietary business intelligence remains completely secure and under your full operational control.

1. NO FINANCIAL INTER MEDIATION OR INVESTOR RELATIONSHIP

Nivectis operates strictly as an independent platform infrastructure and a media-driven ecosystem network. Nivectis is not a registered financial broker-dealer, investment fund manager, venture capital allocator, or legal advisory firm in Spain or any other jurisdiction. No content, registry tracking, or summit matching track provided by Nivectis constitutes financial advice, investment solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell securities. All investment matching, deal structuring, and corporate alignments are initiated, evaluated, and executed entirely by the independent participants on their own terms.

2. ZERO-LIABILITY TRANSACTION STRUCTURE

Nivectis provides venue infrastructure and data-driven matchmaking protocols only. Nivectis does not participate in private corporate negotiations, does not manage project assets, does not distribute third-party capital, and takes zero percent (0%) equity or transaction broker fees from matching outcomes. Consequently, Nivectis assumes absolute zero liability for the accuracy of metrics provided by ecosystem participants, the outcomes of venture alignments, or any legal, financial, or operational disputes arising between founders and investors post-summit.

3. MANDATORY STAGE 1 VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER

While Nivectis enforces a mandatory Stage 1 Verification Session to audit project details and protect the integrity of the ecosystem floor, this screening process serves strictly as an administrative filter for event curation. The Stage 1 Verification does not constitute financial due diligence, professional auditing, or institutional backing by Nivectis. Participants are independently and entirely responsible for executing their own thorough legal, commercial, and financial due diligence before entering into any formal alliances.
